We may change these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll let you know about any material changes, either by notifying you on the Site or by sending you an email. New versions of the terms will never apply retroactively — we’ll tell you the exact date they go into effect. If you keep using Our Millionaire Idea after a change, that means you accept the new terms. Our Millionaire Idea is for your personal, non-commercial use, except as explained in section 4 and section 5 below.
To submit a Millionaire Idea ad on Our Millionaire Idea, you need to be 18 or over. You’re responsible for your submission and all information submitted.
You can browse Our Millionaire Idea without submitting a Millionaire Idea commercial ad or voting. Submitting a Millionaire Idea ad requires you to purchase an OMI(s). Below are the three OMI packages and what they provide.
OMI Bronze $10 – includes 1 Commercial Ad and 1 Vote. The commercial ad will be posted to OurMillionaireIdea.com, Twitter or Instagram and YouTube.
OMI Silver $30 – includes 1 Commercial Ad and 1 Vote. The commercial ad will be posted to OurMillionaireIdea.com, 2 social media accounts of their choice, YouTube, and a press release.
OMI Gold $55 – includes 1 Commercial Ad and 1 Vote. The commercial ad will be posted to OurMillionaireIdea.com, posted to all 6 social media platforms, 2 paid promotions with a budget of $5 each, (It is their choice which social media to be promoted to.) and a press release.
If you buy multiple OMIs you increase the amount of post on social media and count of free votes only. More on Voting. You are not obligated to submit a ad with an OMI purchase. There are 200,000 OMIs available per election. A election is complete when 200,000 OMIs are sold. If you decide not to post a Millionaire Idea ad or we find it inappropriate or incomplete, no ad will be submitted for you.
*After 18 months if 200,000 OMIs have not been sold the business cycle will close. The Millionaire Idea with the most votes will be paid 50% of their final vote count or $1,000,000, whichever is less, to fund their business plan.
A Millionaire Idea ad submitter is responsible to prepare a execution plan showing how the $1 million dollars will be used to make money and grow their business or idea. Please read more on Ad submission Tips.
You are responsible for all information submitted. Our Millionaire Idea will send an OMI statement bi-weekly. If you find someone’s purchasing OMIs or submitting ads without your permission, you should report it to firstname.lastname@example.org. To submit a business or idea, you need to be at least 18 years old, or old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If necessary, we may ask you for proof of age.

Our Millionaire Idea is a advertisement platform where businesses, startups, and individuals can place a commercial ad for as little as $10 dollars and make money!
Elections last as long as it takes to sell 200,000 OMIs. After 200,000 OMIs have been sold voting continues for 7 calendar days and the Millionaie Idea ad with the most votes wins $1 million dollars to grow their idea or business.
Anyone can purchase a Vote(s) for a Millionaire Idea commercial ad. The ad with the most votes wins the election and earns $1 million dollars to fund their idea or expand their business! A Vote purchase is worth one vote and does not include a Millionaire Idea ad submission. You can vote for any Millionaire Idea ad you want. After the end of every election the Millionaire Idea ad is chosen after a 48 business hour vote verification period. Votes are counted and verified before the winner is announced.
A Millionaire Idea ad submitter can refer anyone to Vote. When you purchase an OMI you will receive a coupon you can refer to everyone you can reach for the first 48 hours after your purchase! For every vote purchased with that referral code you will get a free vote. You will not receive a free vote if you use the code on yourself.
This section goes over the details of purchasing an OMI and submitting Millionaire Ideas — things like how money gets collected and whether OMI purchases can be changed or canceled.
These are the terms that apply when you’re purchasing an OMI:
•You’re charged for the OMI(s) immediately. You have the option to enter your Millionaire Idea ad and adjust the amount of OMIs you would like to purchase. The more OMIs you have the more your idea is advertised with Our Millionaire Idea and the higher potential to make money. You will provide your payment information, complete your purchase and then receive further instructions to submit the rest of your information. Please read Ad Submission Tips.
•You cannot change or cancel your OMI purchase at any time after your card has been charged. If you would like to purchase more OMIs you will have to start a new order.
•You’re charged for a Vote(s) immediately. You have the option to purchase as many votes as you like for any business or idea ad. You’ll provide your payment information. There is a $1 charge for each Vote(s) including all surcharges and fees.
•You cannot change or cancel your Vote at any time after your card has been charged. If you would like to purchase more Votes you would have to start a new order.
•The Estimated Delivery Date is the Millionaire Idea ad's proposed execution plan for completion. The date listed on each execution plan is the Millionaire submitter's estimate of when they expect to start making money from the 1 million dollars, if they win— it is not a guaranteed date. The schedule may change as the Millionaire Idea ad submitter works on executing plan. We ask Millionaire Idea ad submitters to think carefully, set a date they feel confident they can work toward, and communicate with participants as things change.
•Our Millionaire Idea doesn’t offer refunds. Responsibility for executing a plan lies entirely with the Millionaire Idea ad submitter. Our Millionaire Idea doesn’t hold funds on behalf of the Millionaire Idea ad submitter, we cannot guarantee the Millionaire Idea ad submitter’s work, and does not offer refunds.
These are the terms that apply when your Millionaire Idea ad wins a election:
•Don’t assume you’ll be able to execute your plan right away, after the election is complete; there could be a reason we’re not able to accept it, or a problem that takes time to resolve. Don’t assume you’ll be able to immediately collect the $1 million dollars; there may be a delay between the end of a successful election and your access to the funds. And don’t take any actions in reliance on collecting any of the money from the winnings until you actually have the ability to withdraw it from your account and spend it.
•We’ll charge our fees before putting funds in your account. Our Millionaire Idea and its payment partners will subtract fees before transmitting winnings from the election.
We don’t oversee business or idea performance, and we don’t mediate disputes.
Our Millionaire Idea isn’t liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the Services. We don’t become involved in disputes between participants, or between participants and any third party relating to the use of the Services. If you submit a Millionaire Idea ad that wins, Our Millionaire Idea collects a 15% admin fee and our payment partners collect a fee before the money is deposited. Please review various payment fees here PayPal. Each vote cost $1 dollar. We will not collect any fees without giving you a chance to review and accept them. If our fees ever change, we’ll announce that on our Site. Some OMIs purchased and Votes are collected by payment providers. Each payment provider is its own company, and Our Millionaire Idea isn’t responsible for its performance.
You’re responsible for paying any additional fees or taxes associated with your use of Our Millionaire Idea.
